We stand behind everything we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase. All products must have been purchased on intoto.store, and in their original condition for a full refund. Our guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
We do not refund shipping fees, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We do refund standard shipping charges on exchanged products. Include your replacement order number with your return and we will refund any standard shipping charges paid on your replacement order.
To return a product by mail or carrier, pack the item securely and include the packing slip, a printout of your order confirmation email, or a short note with your name, address, email, and order number.
